1) MBA accepts fully the ruling of the NFF and that Warri Wolves have full control of his contractual rights.

2) Despite the NFF ruling over two months ago Rangers international FC have not been unable to meet the terms of transfer requested by Warri Wolves.

3) Realising that the player needs to continue to play at the highest possible level and in the highest profile competitions and in keeping with Warri Wolves policy to encourage to the best of their ability the career paths of their players and in order not to jeopardize the international career of the player the club have agreed to allow the player to continue to play for Rangers pending his inevitable move to a club abroad.

The loan move to Rangers International does not have any financial obligation attached to it.
