Medical consultants warn over doctors’ sack

IBADAN—MEDICAL consultants in the country have warned the Federal Government that the sack of about 16,000 resident doctors will have dire consequences on the health sector in the country. The medical consultants gave the warning after an emergency meeting held under the auspices of the Medical and Dental Consultants Association of Nigeria.
