Oshoala: I’m not under pressure to score

After two player-of-the-match performances and three goals, and emerging as her team’s most influential player, Super Falconets midfielder Asisat Oshoala says she is not under pressure to continue her impressive form when they take on Korea DPR in their semi final duel today. The Rivers Angels midfielder has played all four of Nigeria’s games so far in the competition and has contributed in no small measure to ensure her country get as far as they have gotten but says she will be under no pressure to maintain her impressive performance. Falconets-Canada “I have had a very good tournament so far and I think we have also played well as a team and naturally when you play so well, people expect so much from you and that tends to put you under some pressure. “But I will not be under any pressure because I will continue playing and enjoying my game, just the way it has been. I don’t have to feel the pressure,” she said. When asked if she expects to keep scoring and keep winning player-of-the-match awards, she maintained her modesty by saying she expects the team to keep playing well. - See more at: http://www.vanguardngr.com/2014/08/oshoala-im-pressure-score/#sthash.g8BNFGZX.dpuf
