A/Court dismisses ACN appeal against Mimiko

The Appeal Court sitting in Akure has Monday, dismissed the appeal by the Action Congress of Nigeria(ACN) against the judgement of the Elections Tribunal which upheld the election of Olusegun Mimiko as governor of Ondo State.
